Mission Statement


A. Promote safe motorcycling and to educate the society regarding the Buffalo Soldiers (specifically the U.S. 9th and 10th Calvary) and their contributions to American history.

B. To be actively committed to community service within the community, including, but not limited to providing services such as soup kitchens and providing canned goods and supplies to cognitive and physically challenged adults and school children.

C. Provide educational opportunities through scholarships and other aid to under privileged, disenfranchised, or otherwise needy high school seniors who are furthering their education.

D. Provide donations for local and national tax-exempt charities pursuant to 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) whose is harmonious with the BSMCSF.

BSMCSF history





1999

​Bobby "Shaft" Hinton joined BSMC Florida (Mother) in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was a founding member of the NABSTMC and served as the first National Sergeant at-Arms.

2003

In 2003, Shaft left the Mother chapter to start a new chapter. On April 15, 2003 the BSMCSF chapter was started in Stuart, Florida.

The (6) founding chapter members - Bobby "Shaft" Hinton, Inuka "Shaft II" Rhaheed, Theresa "Rainmaker" Jenkins, Ted "Snoop Dogg" Delancy, Lucius "Gunny" Harris and Warren "Shy Guy" Delancy, and associate Norma "Scooby" Ealy started the chapter. Shaft served as President until 2017. Shaft served as the first NABSTMC Senior National Ambassador.

2017 to 2020. Shaft completed his last ride on February 12, 2022.

The current President is Ohara "Magic" Mackey and provides leadership and promotes the club core values and mission.
