1. Vendors are granted the privilege to sell merchandise within a 10 ft. X 10 ft. space ONLY (Food Vendors exempt). Outdoor vendors must provide your own canopy, tables and chairs.
2. Vendors will provide a copy of the Department of Health License for the day.
3. Vendor will provide a copy of insurance coverage per individual carrier.
4. Donate a door prize (optional). Donations are good for advertising your business.
6. Additional display items are allowed within your space.
7. First come…First serve on vendor space.
8. Weather Conditions: REFUNDS WILL NOT be issued because of inclement weather. The event will PROCEED regardless of weather conditions.
9. DISCLAIMER: Vendors and participants will release the Event organizers and affiliates of ANY and ALL liability and claims that may arise from ANY injuries, damages or losses suffered or incurred by you or to your property in connection with this event.
10. Failure to comply with the above rules is considered a breach of contract agreement and shall result in the termination of this contract, removal from the premises and forfeiture of deposit and / or event participation monies.
11. I agree that I have read ALL the rules and regulations and fully understand and agree with the guild lines. I accept full financial responsibility for any damages done on my part, my associates and my booth area. I will be professional, respectable and conduct good business to the customers and associate vendors according to these regulations. I indemnify and hold harmless NABSTMC and Event Associates against ALL claims for personal injuries, death, merchandise and personal damages, cost and expenses including attorney fees caused by or against myself, event organizers and businesses.
12. All vendor registration fees are FINAL. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
13. Please send the flyer to your family, friends, coworkers, customers and neighbors to increase community attendances and better exposures to your business.
